about the chef

Yudi Cirota began his culinary career in Teresa, a boutique venue in Jerusalem, receiving personal training as the right-hand man of Teresa’s popular chef.  To further his skills, Yudi enrolled in Miclelet Hashef Culinary School, and after two years, became partner and chef of SDE Bar in Gush Etzion.  In 2019, Yudi began experimenting with smoking his own meats and hosting high-end evenings.  These classy affairs morphed and developed into Yudi establishing his own in-demand catering business for exclusive events, Yudi Cirota Boutique Catering.  Bringing his culinary expertise, distinctive style and signature taste to Lamppost Bistro, Yudi delivers an elevated dining experience.
